Who ~ Welcome; my name is John B. Whalen, Jr. I focus my law practice of almost twenty (20) years in the areas of Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration.
What ~ I work primarily on a flat fee structure, despite the amount of time involved. Should you desire to engage me after your free initial consultation, you will know our agreement. If not, you will owe me nothing.
Where ~ I serve my clients in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties, and have served clients in all of the locales that are listed at the bottom of every page of my Website.
When ~ I serve my clients with home visits and personalized services at the location of their choice, most notably at their homes, and these appointments occur on all days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
