Be aware of your Executor's Duties

Providing various mandated court procedures
Filing of a Decedent's Final Income Tax Returns
Filing of the Inheritance Tax Return and/or Estate Tax Return
Filing of the Estate (and/or Trust) Fiduciary Income Tax Returns
Providing an accounting of all of the estate items, and/or
Distributing of the assets to the beneficiaries (Last Will) or heirs (no Last Will)
