I am very fortunate to be affiliated with these activites.  With respect to the Internships, I was more than honored even to be asked to perform them (and I have been in contact with my former pupils who compliment me to this day).  Despite the fact that both occurred in a legal setting (a law firm), it makes me smile that my students have thanked me for the non-legal aspects with which they somehow walked away (i.e., honesty, diligence, a sense of humor, how to focus on the "people part" of a business, etc.).  With respect to my Condominium Association, I do believe in term-limits, and, after five (5) years of being elected continually as President, I felt it proper to step down in order to allow the remaining board members the invaluable opportunity that I had been granted.
